Earth Day is coming up once again on April 22 and the challenge continues to everyone to contribute to the environmental preservation campaign. If you got involved in the Earth Hour last month, you should be aware of the challenge posed to citizens of the world to go beyond that particular one-hour lights off action to help preserve the planet.
This year’s Earth Day focuses on The Face of Climate Change and if you’d like to take part, you can submit your photos on the main website. The photos will help build a global mosaic that will create the sign The Face of Climate Change.
All over the world, numerous organizations are strongly campaigning for the green movement and many governments have taken the necessary steps as well to help protect and preserve the environment and fight global climate change. But people from around the globe regardless of age should be conscious all the time of their actions and ensure that they do not do things that harm the ecosystem. Making a difference starts in the home.
This year marks the 43rd anniversary of Earth Day so what better way to give your share than to be consistent in your actions that you know can protect the planet we’re all living in. This should be done not only every month of April but every day of your life moving forward.
Additionally, people should not stop from calling on leaders of their community, state and country to take the right action in a timely manner in an effort to resolve issues and encourage their citizens to help out in this very important campaign.
